At young age, Mershad joined his family restaurant business in Toronto and supervised more than 20 employees. He built his customer service, sales and marketing experience while he was studying towards Microcomputer Analysis Course. Mershad also was an effective team member and consultant for Toronto District School Board, Staples and Rogers.
Since 2003, he started acting as a full time realtor and successfully won numerous awards for his performance and customer satisfaction ratings. He took pride of his profession and has completed his broker designation. He work continuously to sharpen his skills and knowledge by taking advance real estate trainings, workshops, seminars and dedicate majority of his business to North York and Central Toronto real estate market.
